Allergy

Our Allergy Department uses comprehensive Mixed Quantitative Testing (MQT) including intradermal and subcutaneous methodologies to detect airborne and food allergies.

Treatments with allergy injections, sublingual drops, or toothpaste are available based on patient preference

    • Refrain from the use of antihistamines for 7 days prior to testing

    • Refrain from the use of beta blockers for 24 hours prior to testing

    • Testing is expected to last around 1 hour

    • Injections are typically once a week for 1 year

    It is the patient's responsibility to verify their insurance coverage for allergy services. Be sure to call the member service number listed on the back of your card.

    These are the procedure codes that we use for allergy testing and treatment:

    • 95004 - Scratch Test

    • 95024 - Intradermis

    • 95115 - (1) injection

    • 95117 - (2) or more Injections

Sleep Apnea

Our team assesses patient needs and provides the surgical procedure for INSPIRE devices to help treat sleep apnea. INSPIRE Therapy is a mask-free solution for people with obstructive sleep apnea who have tried and struggled with CPAP.

Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder that causes people to stop breathing or breathe shallowly while they sleep, which can lead to poor sleep quality and daytime fatigue.

    • Experiencing moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea

    • Inability to use or get consistent benefit from CPAP

    • Over the age of 18

    Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI), BMI, and Sleep Study must be assessed and completed within 2 years of evaluation

    • Snoring or gasping during sleep 

    • Daytime drowsiness

    • Shortness of breath that corrects itself quickly

    • Making a snorting, choking, or gasping sound
